Marjorie E. Donaldson, 93, of Junction City, died April 24, 2018 at Brookdale of Junction City. Marjorie was born December 1, 1924 at Geneseo, Kansas, the daughter of Edgar and Velma (Crago) Goodwin.
Marjorie was raised at Geneseo and graduated from Geneseo High School. She later attended and graduated from Adela Hale Business School in Hutchinson, KS.
Marjorie worked for several years for Continental Oil Company (Conoco Oil Co.) as a business clerk while living at Geneseo. She moved to Junction City in 1967, and worked on Ft. Riley as Civil Service, first in the Office of Maintenance Contracts, and later in the Office of Forms and Inventory.
Marjorie married Charles Donald "Don" Donaldson on December 20, 1945 in Hutchinson. Don died Oct. 21, 1952.
Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Karen J. Donaldson, Junction City. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and 2 brothers, Crago Goodwin, and James B. Goodwin.
No services are planned. Burial will be in the Geneseo Cemetery, Geneseo, KS.
